How it All Began
In 1959, Jack Goodnight and Craig Satterwhite (the G and S in G+S) started G+S Metal, an HVAC company focused on exceptional customer service. This included in-house fabrication of all of the metal ductwork they used in their HVAC installation. Their slogan since day one has been “Honest. Fair. Reliable. Since 1959.” Ask any of their customers and they’ll tell you they still stand by that.
Where They Are Now
In 2010, ownership of G+S transitioned to Robert and Camille Kanofsky. While the company’s mission and focus stay the same, they updated the name to more accurately reflect the services provided to Kannapolis and the surrounding areas. Now known as G+S Heating Air Energy Services, the commitment to customer service and quality products and quality remains the same.
